I'm a friendly, patient, professional, experienced and qualified female English tutor, who teaches privately online (via Zoom or Teams) and in Further Education colleges and Language Schools. FREE initial 30 min assessment, then £35 per hour thereafter, or £30 for 45 mins (ideal for younger students) All levels and learning styles taught to maximise grades, including SEND, dyslexia, home schooled students; 17 years experience of professional, bespoke, one to one tuition; online for the last 7 years with excellent results.

I teach the following:

• GCSE English: Expert support for school/college students, focusing on the development of academic writing, essay structuring and exam technique. All exam boards taught.
• Grade booster short courses: one to one tuition for resits or pre exam course introduction during Easter, half term and Summer holidays.
• A-Level Literature: Expert support in the necessary advanced level academic writing and analysis skills, tailored to your specific developmental needs.
• English for speakers of other languages: pronunciation and accent reduction, a chance to practise your language skills with personalised lessons using various materials, including the chance to read poetry as part of your learning process. Work at your own pace.
• International Baccalaureate: Bespoke tuition towards the latest internationally accepted qualification for entry into higher education.
• Common entrance exams: for private school entry.
• Further (College) and Higher Education (University): Dissertation, thesis structuring and grammar in your chosen subject.
• Literacy: for academic, vocational and personal development.
• English for speakers of other languages: Pronunciation and reduction of accent.
